What do you eat for breakfast? We all know it is the most important meal of the day. I am usually pretty good about it but there are days when I skip it or end up making an unhealthy choice. That's why I teamed up with Shreya Kumar to share a few simple (3-4 ingredient) recipes.
This overnights oats jar might be a game changer if you don't have time to make breakfast. I know it is a popular choice for not new for many but Shreya's combinations are, easy delicious and serves as a reminder that this jar is a cold treat on a warm spring-summer morning.
1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk
2 cups chopped strawberries (or as desired)
In a jar, add 1/3rd of the cut strawberries and 1/4 cup of oats. Pour in 1/2 a cup of milk to create the base layer. Repeat to create the second layer, and top it with the remaining strawberry. Place it in the fridge overnight and enjoy some creamy, fruity oats the next morning!
