Hello, lovelies! I know most of us take our health, fitness and lifestyle oaths in January, but for me mid-June is a good time to revisit and kick-start those goals again. Mid-June motivation comes from the fact we have only 5.5 months to hit the target and bikini and summer dress season is here. Plus, I am only a few days from getting a year older, which means another round of serious life evaluation.
For the last month, I have been focused on prioritizing my health and wellbeing. I simply started by adapting a smarter technique of productivity. My leap of faith began with setting achievable goals through the smarter journal.
Now that my goal and routine are in order, I will be sharing a few posts to help motivate and inspire you to take this challenge with me. Today, I am sharing a few guidelines to help you get started on this routine.
Get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night
Drink plenty of water.
Incorporate lots of fruits and veggies into your meals.
More reading, less screen time.
Wake up, exercise or meditate and then coffee
Do one good deed for yourself or someone else.
